Three Ways In

When you're ready.
Three ways to begin.

Invicta works with a limited number of organizations at a time. When you're ready to do the structural work, here are three ways to take the next step.

Where to Begin

We've shared a lot — what Invicta does, why institutional maturity matters, what the Diagnostic measures, what our track record looks like, and what participating in the program means for an organization like yours. Now it comes down to one question:

Is your organization ready to do the structural work that makes your mission last?

Because each engagement includes embedded, hands-on practitioner support, Invicta works with only a limited number of organizations at any given time. Enrollment is rolling — organizations begin when they're ready, not on a fixed schedule. When a spot opens, it goes to an organization that's prepared to do the work.

Three ways to engage.

When your organization is ready to build the infrastructure that makes your mission last, we'd love to hear from you.

Strong systems outlast strong personalities. We built Invicta to prove it.
